Our Story

After a decades long career in public arts education, Katie Lewandowski launched Playdate Vintage in 2021. Initially blooming from a creative curiosity, Playdate quickly developed a steadfast mission to focus solely on sewing with reclaimed textiles and discarded materials. A hyper local, strictly sustainable approach to counter the waste and overconsumption pressured from traditional clothing industries.

All items are ooak and designed, cut, and sewn by Katie in her home studio.
