This top is made with reworked vintage hand-sewn yo-yo quilt blocks along the yoke. The sleeves and skirt of the dress are gathered for a voluminous silhouette and are sewn out of an overdyed cotton fabric. The cuff of the sleeve is cinched in with elastic for a subtle gather on the 3/4" sleeve. One of a kind.
